This is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed independently. Therefore we must request that you do not send to us any original creative materials such as screenplays, stories, original artwork, etc., unless asked to by an authorized party of Fifth Floor Pictures, LLC. Any unsolicited material you do transmit to us through this Site by e-mail, or otherwise, will be deleted or discarded without being read. It is also necessary to understand that we cannot guarantee that another party who has access to mail and/or e-mail, such as a production assistant, secretary, or other member of our company and/or production team will not see your material and use it for their own purposes.
